Name of post: Junior Assistant

No of posts: 200 posts

No of posts in Assam: 5 posts

Age Limit: Candidates age must be between 21 to 28 years as of 01.07.2024.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must be a Graduate (minimum aggregate 60% marks). Course completed through correspondence/ distance/ part time are not eligible.

Computer Literacy: Operating and Working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/language/Should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the Subjects in the High School/College/Institute.

Exam centres in Assam: Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Silchar, Jorhat

Application Fees:

Candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 800/- . The above fee is applicable to all candidates and non-refundable. Candidates should pay the requisite fee through the online mode only from 25.07.2024 to 14.08.2024. Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of application fees/intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate.

Selection Process for LIC HFL Recruitment :

The Selection Process of LIC HFL Recruitment for Junior Assistant posts consist of following two stages:

• Online Examination
• Interview

Online Examination :

Online examination will be of objective type, multiple choice of total two hours duration comprising the following sections:

The online examination will be in English language only. There will be negative marking for wrong answers in the online examination. For every wrong answer to a question given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score.

Interview:

Depending upon the number of vacancies, only those candidates who rank sufficiently high in the order of merit based on their respective Marks in Online Examination will be called for interview.

Final Selection:

The final merit list and selection of candidates will be done on the basis of combined marks of Online Examination as well as the Interview. The final selection will be strictly according to the merit ranking, subject to minimum qualifying marks in the Interview.
