The Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Assam has developed a new portal named Mission Basundhara to resolve and update the state’s land records. Under the leadership of Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management is facing massive reforms and Mission Basundhara is one of those reforms. To streamline and solve land revenue services and make them more accessible to citizens, Mission Basundhara was conceptualized under the leadership of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Assam. Through this mission, the Government of Assam has endeavoured to provide better service to the citizens and make the process hassle-free.

How to Apply for Mission Basundhara 3.0 :

The desired person of Assam will need to visit the official web portal of Mission Basundhara to submit their online application for the above services. To proceed with the application process for this mission, the applicant has to login with his/her mobile number. For the ease of our users, we have provided a brief step-by-step guide to the online application process below.

1. Scroll down to view the Services Links for Mission Basundhara.
2. You will get a list of services with an application link.
3. Click on the link for the service you want.
4. Now, the official web portal of Mission Basundhara will load in the new tab of your browser.
5. Now, click on the Apply button of the service.
6. Another new tab will load. Enter your active mobile number and click on the Send OTP button.
7. Now, enter the OTP on the provided field and click on the Submit OTP button.
8. After successful login, you will get four steps to complete.
9. Complete all the steps one by one by providing all the required details.
10. After completing all the steps your application will be submitted.
11. Also, you will receive an acknowledgement copy of your submission.
12. Keep that acknowledgement copy for future use.

Services of Mission Basundhara :

The Government of Assam has started the Mission Basundhara initiative from 2021 onwards. At that time, Mission Basundhara was a huge hit and more than 8 lakh applications were submitted. After that, the Government of Assam launched Mission Basundhara 3.0 on 20th October 2024 with many new services.
