Eligibility Criteria for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2026

The age limit for the different posts varies and candidates are advised to refer to the official notification for the applicable age requirements. Category-wise relaxation is available as stated in the recruitment details. SC/ST candidates receive 5 years of relaxation, while OBC-NCL candidates receive 3 years. PwBD candidates receive 10 years for General/EWS, 13 years for OBC and 15 years for SC/ST categories.

The recruitment also includes post-specific experience requirements. For example, Manager – Digital Product requires 3 years of relevant project management experience, while Senior Manager – Digital Product requires 6 years. Manager – Security has specific service requirements for candidates from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Police and Paramilitary Forces. Other technical, information security, data, taxation, accounts and investor relations posts also carry prescribed experience requirements. Selected candidates will remain on probation for 12 months of active service from joining.

Educational Qualification for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2026

The required qualification depends on the post. Manager – Digital Product requires B.E./B.Tech in IT, Computer Science or Electronics & Communication Engineering, while Senior Manager – Digital Product accepts specified engineering degrees or MCA. Product Manager – Digital Lending requires graduation in any discipline. Civil and Electrical engineering positions require B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in the respective engineering discipline. Information Security positions require specified engineering, MCA, M.Sc or M.Tech qualifications along with mandatory certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, CISA, CISSP or CISM, depending on the post.

The recruitment also includes specialised positions requiring qualifications such as B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, B.Sc/M.Sc, BCA/MCA, graduation in Data Science, Statistics or Applied Mathematics, MBA with analytics, Chartered Accountant or ICWA, and graduation in Economics or Commerce. Candidates must also satisfy the prescribed experience requirement for their particular post.
