Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2026 Details :

1. Chauffeur/ Driver

Get Updates in Social Media Platforms

No of posts: 3 [UR]

Educational Qualification:

Class X/ HSLC passed.
Valid LMV driving license.

2. Multi Tasking Staff

No of posts: 26 [UR: 5, OBC/ MOBC: 12, STP: 7, STH: 2]

Educational Qualification: Minimum VIII passed, but not XII passed.

3. Judicial Assistant

No of posts: 8 [UR: 7, STP: 1]

Educational Qualification:

Must be a Graduate.
Must have working knowledge of Computer.

4. Computer Assistant

No of posts: 2 [OBC/ MOBC: 2]

Other Criteria of Gauhati High Court Recruitment :

Citizenship: Candidates must be a citizen of India as defined under Article 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India.

Age Limit: Candidate’s age should not be more than 40 years as on 25th April 2026.

Age Relaxation: Category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.

OBC/ MOBC: 3 years
SC: 5 years
STP/ STH: 5 years
PwBD: 10 years

Employment Exchange Certificate: The candidate must have a valid Employment Exchange Registration Number for the State of Assam.

Official Language Proficiency: The candidate should have knowledge of the Official Language of the State of Assam (Assamese).
