Recruitment Details :

Name of post: Officer (Scale-I)

Pay: Selected candidates will have to undergo an ‘Induction Training Programme’ at Bank’s Staff Training College, Mangaluru or any other place as decided by the Bank at their own cost. On successful completion of the said training programme, they will be posted to any of the Branches/Offices of the Bank as an Officer in General Banking/ Agriculture Field Officer (AFO)/ Law Officer/ Marketing Officer. They will be on probation for a period of one year and on satisfactory completion of the probationary period, will be confirmed, subject to rules and regulations of the Bank. Current CTC will be around ₹ 100,000/- per month.

Eligibility Criteria :

Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 01-08-2023 [Candidate must have been born on or after 02-08-1995]. The age limit will be relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

Educational Qualification:

1. Post Graduates in any discipline. (Excluding Post Graduate Diplomas/ One year Executive-MBA)
2. Graduates in Agricultural Science
3. Graduates in Law
4. MBA in Marketing/Finance (Preferable)

# Candidates should be a Post-Graduate/Graduate in specialized category as on 01-08-2023. Candidates who are awaiting results or pursuing post-graduation shall not be eligible to apply.
