The Assam State Government launched the Mukhya Mantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana 2024 to provide free Healthcare and surgical services to all the citizens of Assam state, the government announced the launch of the Mukhya Mantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana 2024. In this scheme, the financially unstable citizens of Assam state can avail of Healthcare facilities from any private hospital in the state that is joined with MMLSAY. MMLSAY, Arogya Yojana, Health Care, Free Health, Government Health — The selected applicants under the scheme are eligible to receive Healthcare facilities of up to INR 5 lakh in Assam state. Objectives of MMLSAY :

The main objective of launching the Mukhya Mantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana is to provide Healthcare facilities to all the citizens who cannot afford proper treatment in Assam state. All permanent residents of Assam state who are eligible to avail of the benefits of the MMLSAY. All the applicants who want to avail the benefits of this scheme must visit the official website and fill out the registration form online. Eligibility for MMLSAY :

• The applicants must be permanent citizens of Assam state.
• The annual income of the applicant’s family must not exceed INR 1.5.
• The applicant must not be a government official.

Benefits of MMLSAY Scheme :

• The selected applicants under the scheme will receive Health Care facilities from the Assam state government.
• The health insurance cover up to INR 5 lakh will be given to the selected applicant under this scheme.

How to Apply for MMLSAY :

1. Firstly the applicant can go to the official website by clicking HERE. — CLICK HERE

   

2. Click on Beneficiary Login/Registration option.
3. Choose your option as Employee or Pensioner.
   
4. Now choose the option of PAN or GPF number. Enter your PAN number (if you have chosen PAN) to validate your account.
   
5. Entering PAN number, mobile number, click on Proceed.
6. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number on the next page. Validate the OTP.
7. Now your dashboard of your account will appear.
8. Enter and input all the documents and data.
9. Finally Submit to complete the process.
10. Your data will be submitted and validated by the portal.
