Eligibility Criteria for APGCL Recruitment 2026
Candidates applying for these posts must be Indian citizens as defined under Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India. For the Assistant Manager (Human Resource) post, applicants should have a full-time MBA or PGDM with specialization in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management or Industrial Relations from an AICTE/UGC-approved institution. General candidates must have 60% marks, whereas SC/ST candidates need at least 55% marks.
For the Junior Manager posts, candidates should possess a full-time 3-year Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline from a Government/Government-recognized/AICTE-approved Polytechnic or institution. General candidates require 60% marks, while SC/ST candidates need 50% marks.
