Educational Qualification:

# Minimum BE / B. Tech / MCA from recognized University / Institution.
# Minimum 7 years of experience in any software or portal related to any project implementation.
# Experience of working in an externally aided (World Bank / ADB / JICA / NDB / similar) project will be preferred.
# Knowledge related to Government Procurement System developed by NIC (GePNIC).
# Basic understanding of Government structures, procedures, rules and regulations.
# Experience in any IT related Government Projects.

Desirable Skill-set:
# Must be excellent in using computer applications, with advanced knowledge of Office Management, proficiency in MS Office Applications (like Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project etc.), Operating System, Java configuration, basic idea of installing different types of software.
# Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal communication skills in English, Assamese, Hindi and written communication skills in English, Training skills.
# Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely convey necessary information, explain reasoning, and support conclusions using data and facts.
