Eligibility Criteria of Fishery Department Job 2025 :
Citizenship: Candidates must be Indian Citizens as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
Residentship:
- The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- The candidate must produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purpose/ Employment Exchange Registration certificate as proof of residency along with the online application form.
Age Limit: The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on 01-01-2025.
Age Relaxation: The category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.
- SC: 5 years
- ST: 5 years
- OBC/ MOBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years

Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must be registered themselves in any of the employment exchanges of Assam.
Small Family Norms: The candidates have to submit a declaration regarding “The Small Family Norms” in Form-A at the time of applying for the post.
Educational Qualification for Fishery Department Naukri 2025 :
- Candidate must have 3 (Three) years Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Construction Technology/ Civil Engineering & Planning from any technical institute recognized by AICTE.
- The Diploma course must be a Regular course. Diploma course obtained through Distance mode of education, by whatever name called, will not be accepted.
