Location: Anywhere in Guwahati

Job Responsibilities: 

Should have Registration available for Licensing.
Assist other Pharmacists & Assistants in the Store with the Dispensing & Billing of Medicines, Health Supplements, Surgical Goods, Orthopedic Belts & other OTCs.
Ensure products are neatly racked and well-organized on display shelves.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness across the store at all times to provide a pleasant buying experience.
Handle billing and transactions efficiently using the store’s billing software.
Check products received from Suppliers or Distribution Center.
Manage Near Expiry & Damage product with other Pharmacists in the store.

Pay: Upto 2.80 Lakh Per Year

2. Delivery Boy

Educational Qualification:  Minimum 10 + 2

Other Requirements:  Must have own scooter/scooty (Not Bike). Also, must have valid 2-wheeler license.

Location: Anywhere in Guwahati

Job Responsibilities:

Delivering Medicines & Grocery at Customer’s Home/Office within Guwahati City.
So should have very good knowledge on Roads & Streets/By Lanes of Guwahati City.
Should be able to use Google Map on phone to find address.

Pay: In Hand 11,000 + PF + ESIC + Durga Puja Bonus + other statutory benefits.

Petrol Reimbursement: ₹4.5 per Km. Company does not provide Accommodations or Food Expenses .

3. Picker & Packer – Grocery

Job Responsibilities:

Receive inward stock and check quantity, expiry date, and physical condition of product properly before acceptance.
Pick, pack, and dispatch stocks to retail stores timely and accurately as per store requirements and transfer documents.
Keep the distribution center clean, organized, and safe at all times by maintaining proper housekeeping and orderly storage of stocks.

4. Store Supervisor

Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2

Experience: Should have minimum 1 year of experience of working at a Shopping Mart/Departmental Store

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee Daily Store Operations to ensure smooth functioning of both the Pharmacy and Retail sections while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Lead and Supervise the Store Team by managing staff schedules, assigning daily responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to company process and policies.
Drive Sales and Store Performance by achieving sales targets, maximizing customer satisfaction, executing promotional campaigns, and maintaining high merchandising standards.
Manage Inventory and Stock Accuracy by monitoring stock availability, minimizing stock losses, coordinating with the warehouse, and ensuring timely replenishment.
Ensure Compliance and Operational Excellence by maintaining hygiene, safety, statutory requirements, billing accuracy, cash management, and pharmacy compliance as per company policies.
Prepare Daily Reports and Coordinate with Head Office by submitting sales, inventory, and operational reports, resolving customer concerns, and implementing corporate initiatives effectively.
