The Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) has launched the Free Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) Course under the Bodoland Computer Literacy Mission (BCLM) 2025, offering 10,407 seats for eligible students in the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR). What is the Bodoland Computer Literacy Mission (BCLM) :
The Bodoland Computer Literacy Mission (BCLM) is a flagship program by the BTC Government to enhance digital literacy among the youth of BTR. By providing free computer training through the Diploma in Computer Application (DCA), the mission equips students with skills for IT-related careers, fostering economic growth and technological advancement in the region.
Eligibility Criteria of DCA Computer Course 2025 :
To apply for the free DCA course, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed Higher Secondary (12th) from a recognized board.
- Age Limit: Between 18 and 30 years.
- Residency: Must be a permanent resident of the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR).
- Target Group: Students currently enrolled in colleges within BTR are eligible.
Required Documents for DCA Computer Course 2025 :
Applicants need to submit the following documents during the application process:
- Passport-size color photograph
- PAN Card
- Aadhaar Card
- Birth Certificate or HSLC Admit Card
- Higher Secondary Pass Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- VCDC Certificate (for proof of permanent residence in BTR)

The free DCA course will be conducted across 42 training centers in the districts of Udalguri, Tamulpur, Baksa, Chirang, and Kokrajhar. Each center offers 250 seats, except for ITI Ballamguri, which has 157 seats. Below is a snapshot of some training centers:
