Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB), Division – I (erstwhile SEBA) conducted the Assam HSLC Examination 2026 from 10th February 2026 to 27th February 2026. A total of 4,38,565 students appeared for this year’s Class 10th board examination, out of which 1,90,243 were male and 2,48,322 were female students.

Update as on 9th April 2026: The results of Assam HSLC Examinations 2026 are likely to be declared tomorrow (April 10), Education Minister Dr Ranoj Pegu announced today after exercising his franchise in Dhemaji from where he is seeking re-election.
“The results of the HSLC Examinations 2026 are ready as far as I know. And since it was earlier conveyed that the results will be declared a day after voting for the assembly elections takes place, I am of the view that the results will be declared tomorrow (April 10),” he told.
