1. Navik (General Duty)

No of posts: 260+260 posts

Educational Qualification: Class 12th passed with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
 
2. Navik (Domestic Branch)

No of posts: 50 posts

Educational Qualification:  Class 10th passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).

3. Yantrik

No of posts: 60 posts

Educational Qualification:

  • Class 10th passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE) and Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Electronics/ Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering of duration 03 or 04 years approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).
    OR
  • Class 10th & Class 12th passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE) “AND” Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Electronics/ Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering of duration 02 or 03 years approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Coast Guard Navik Vacancy 2025:

Age Limit: 
  • Navik (GD/ DB): Candidate should be born between 01 Aug 2004 to 01 Aug 2008.
  • Yantrik: Candidate should be born between 01 Mar 2004 to 01 Mar 2008.

Age Relaxation: 

Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (non-creamy) candidates is applicable only if posts are reserved for them.

Educational Qualification: 

(a) Navik (General Duty): Candidates must have Class 12th passed with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).

(b) Navik (Domestic Branch): Candidates must have Class 10th passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).

Examination Fees : 

  • UR/OBC: Rs. 300/-
  • SC/ST: Nil
  • Mode of Payment: Net banking or by using Visa/ Master/ Maestro/ Rupay Credit/ Debit Card/ UPI
