Eligibility Criteria for RRB Railway Technician Recruitment 2024 :
Age Limit :
The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 30 years of age as on 01/01/2024.
Age Relaxation:
Category-wise age relaxation is as follows:-
(i) By 3 Years for OBC Candidates.(18 to 33)
(ii) By 5 Years for ST Candidates. (18 to 35)
(iii) By 5 Years for SC Candidates. (18 to 35)
Educational Qualification :
- Matriculation / SSLC plus ITI from recognised institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the related trades of Carpenter / Furniture and Cabinet Maker (OR)
- Matriculation / SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the related trades mentioned above
Salary Package :
Pay Scale: Rs.19,900/- to 63,200/- (Level-2)

Selection Process for RRB Railway Technician :
- Computer Based Test (CBT).
- Document Verification.
- Medical Examination.
CBT Exam Pattern 2024 for RRB Technician :
The Exam Pattern shall be as follows :
- Questions will be of objective type with multiple choice answers.
- Computer Based Exam (CBT) Online Exam.
- There will be a total of 75 questions in this written examination,
- 01 marks are allotted for each correct answer.
- There shall be negative marking @1/3rd marks for each wrong answer.
- The Exam Time Duration of 01 Hours. (60 minutes)
- Level Of exam paper will be as per minimum educational standard.
