Name of post: Head Constable (General Duty)

No of posts: 403 posts

Pay Scale: Pay Level-4 (Rs.25,500-81,100/-)

Eligibility Criteria of CISF Recruitment 2025 :

Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India.

Educational Qualification: 

  • Candidates must be 12th pass from a recognised educational Institution with credit of representing State / National / International in games, Sports and Athletics.

Sports Qualification: 

♠ Individual Event:

  • Should have represented the country as a member of Senior/Junior International tournament Or
  • Should have represented a State or equivalent unit, in National Games/ National Championship in Senior /Junior level Or
  • Any medal in all India Inter University Championship Or
  • Gold Medal in National School Games/Championship.

♠ Team Event:

  • Should have represented the country as a member of Senior/Junior International tournament Or
  • Should have represented in State team or equivalent unit, in National Games/Championship in Senior/Junior level Or
  • Member of medal winning team in All India Inter-University Championship Or
  • Gold Medal in National School Games/ Championship.

 

Note: The person should have been the playing member of the team.

Only those meritorious Sportsmen/Sportswomen who fulfill the above eligibility criteria and have participated in the relevant games/championships during the period from 01/01/2023 to 06/06/2025 will be eligible for applying for the post.

Age Limit: Candidate age must be between 18 to 23 years as on 01/08/2025 Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02/08/2002 and later than 01/08/2007.

Age Relaxation: Category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below:

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years

Application Fees:

  • Others: Rs 100/-
  • SC/ST/ ESM and Female: Nil
  • Payment mode: Net Banking, Credit or Debit or RuPay cards, and UPI or through cash in SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.
