- Click Online Application Form Link.
- First Register yourself putting your basic details.
- Next, enter all personal and educational information as required.
- Upload your educational and other documents as required.
- At the end, submit the form. An acknowledgement receipt will be generated.
- Also, take a print of the submitted form and acknowledgement copy .
Students can give 10 options of UG programme in Colleges/University in the application.

Its important to get your ABC ID to be linked to your SAMARTH Portal. This results in estimation of your score credited by Academic Bank of Credits and improve your chance to get admitted.
- On the dashboard itself, Click on Link your ABC Profile
- Then click on the button Click here to Link / Create your ABC Profile.
- You will be redirected to Digilocker Page.
- Create / Login your Digilocker account.
- Thats it ! You are done.
This will help you accumulate Credit Points from different institutions.

Assam Government Fee Waiver Scheme :
To provide access to the poor students of the State and to help them achieve the benefits of Higher Education, Govt. of Assam has introduced a novel scheme of getting admission through tuition fee waiver. The Scheme will be applicable to the students seeking admission into 1st Year of H.S./B.A./B.Sc./B.Com and M.A./M.Sc/M.Com courses.
The Govt. of Assam Fee waiver scheme is to be linked to SAMARTH portal. As such all the deserving students can avail fee waiver only when the students apply through the SAMARTH platform.
